Faculty Debate On 6th of April 2010 the first intra faculty debate on the topic ‘The Indian development model is more successful and sustainable than the Chinese’ was organized at Globsyn Business School. The debate saw the Globsyn faculty team under the leadership of Prof. Malay Bhattacharya (for the motion) and Prof. Amitabha Ghosh (against the motion) lock horns with each other with hard facts, figures, and brilliant arguments. The event was judged by Prof. R. C. Bhattacharya (Vice Chairman, Globsyn) and Mr. Utpal Sengupta (Advisor, Globsyn) and they along with the house unanimously declared Prof. Malay Bhattacharya’s team as the winner. Prof. Supriyo Chatterjee won the ‘Best Speaker’ award. |
