MDP on Innovations in Service Marketing

Target Participants:

The MDP on Innovations of Services Marketing is intended for the senior and middle level marketing practitioners in the services domain. Corporate professionals of these rung are the people actively engaged in designing the services products which would fit into the need of the customer. Therefore, they need to have first-hand knowledge about the changing patterns of the customer's expectations. The operational managers can also immensely benefit from the course as they have rich experience in customer handling and so understand the “People” issue - both internal and external.

Prof. (Dr.) Debaprasad Chattopadhyay has over 42 years of academic and corporate experience and has had very successful stints in reputed organisations like Merck & Co, Organon and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited. He has completed his doctoral studies from Academy of Human Resource Development, is a M. Phil with first class and distinction. A graduate from University of Calcutta, Dr. Chattopadhyay has also done his PGDM, along with a programme in marketing, sales and advertising management from IMM, Kolkata. He In addition to being an extremely astute academician, Chattopadhyay is a life member of National HRD Network and ISTD and a member of ISABS, NIPM & CMA. He has completed a programme on Strategic Human Resource Leadership from National HRD Network and has also attended Human Laboratory Process Course from Indian Society of Applied Behavioural Sciences.

MDP on Performance Management & Competency Mapping

Target Participants:

This Management Development Program (MDP) on Performance Management and Competency Mapping is intended for middle and junior level HR practitioners and line managers who are responsible for designing, developing and implementing Performance Management System and Competency Mapping. On completion of this MDP, the participant will be able to implement a basic performance management and competency mapping process in the organization. Department heads/SBU heads will also gain from this programme. The MDP is therefore aimed at participants who wish to qualify and equip themselves in this domain with an additional certification in Performance Management and Competency Mapping.

 

Objectives:

This program integrates and relates Performance Management with Competency Mapping. The purpose of this program is to familiarize the participants with the concept of Competency Assessment Instruments, various models and testing tools and the implementation of action plans for use of competency mapping. Dr. PV Lakshmipathy, is a renowned academician of national and international repute. He has done his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. An internationally acclaimed trainer, he has trained more than 80,000 managers worldwide for more than four decades. His training methodology has been highly effective in bringing about transformation among employees irrespective of hierarchy in organizations. He has also held top academic positions in national and international management institutions. Training and Consulting, being his expertise, he has been associated with many reputed organizations like Shaw Wallace, Administrative Staff College of India, Crompton Greaves, Assam Carbon, Dr.Reddy's, Aditya Birla Group, Schwarzkopf, Sanofi among many others.
