The B-School actively nurtures a balanced study-life ecosystem by organizing initiatives such as yoga sessions, meditation practices, and dance movement therapy – each designed to help students build awareness, resilience, and inner clarity. These efforts aim to empower young managers with the ability to navigate both personal and professional challenges with confidence and composure.
The latest endeavour in this initiative are Universal Human Values Center and the Spirituality Club, which create spaces for reflection, self-exploration, and holistic growth, enabling students to develop a deeper sense of purpose and equilibrium. Through a curated series of audio files that explore diverse aspects of mental health and wellbeing, students are encouraged to engage with meaningful conversations, gain fresh perspectives, and adopt practical approaches that help them lead more balanced, mindful, and fulfilling lives.
