The Programme
A uniquely designed management programme, Globsyn Business School’s Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) curriculum is approved comparable to noted post graduate level programs of premier business schools in India and abroad. The programme is offered at the GBS campus that features state-of-the-art amenities such as smart classrooms, a rich library, labs, and Globsyn Student Home or GBS hostel facility, as it is more commonly known among the students. Designed to provide students with a sense of strategic outlook to management problems coupled with a global view of the economic, technological, cultural, and political environment, the PGDM programme structure has been revamped to give students a wide area of study and preparation for fast track management careers. Eligibility Criteria
- Academic Qualification:
A minimum three-year Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a UGC-recognized university or equivalent.
- Minimum Marks:
At least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent CGPA, in accordance with AICTE norms.
- Final-Year Candidates:
Students appearing for their final-year Bachelor’s degree examination are eligible to apply.
- Document Submission:
Final-year candidates must submit proof of graduation and minimum 50% aggregate marks to the GBS Academic Programs Office by the deadline specified by AICTE for the respective academic year.
- Entrance Exam Requirement:
Candidates must appear for at least one of the following national-level management entrance exams as per AICTE norms: CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, or ATMA.
Admission Process
Preliminary selection is based on a basic 60-minute Aptitude Test (Globsyn Aptitude Test or GAT) to evaluate verbal and quantitative ability and general awareness, including a ten-minute essay on a given topic to assess writing skills and a short video-profile.
The total marks allotted for GBS Admission and Selection is 100. This includes the weightages allocated to different criteria, as below:

*For final selection, candidate must have scored a total of 50 marks or more in aggregate of above criteria.
